I'm not a vegetarian, but this vege dish is easy to make and delicious. Chop 2-3 stalks of celery, 2 onions , a punnet of mushrooms and a courgette. Fry them in olive oil and add a generous amount of cumin powder, coriander powder & mild chili powder. Also some worcester sauce. Fry till the onions start to brown then tip on a tin of tomatoes. Boil for a further 15-20 mins then serve with crusty bread.
