He's got a point. It also gives a chance for new fans to buy DVDs that are out of stock - remember how they rereleased early VHS stories like City of Death in the noughties?

My point is that they've already released these stories on DVD. If they remaster them and bung a few new extras on then fans will feel they have to buy them even though they already have them. Why not just finish the range & spend the money on animating lost episodes.

There is this thing called "free will". No once HAS to buy them.
And if they finish the range, no more revenue, so no cash to spend on animation.
